Consumer Privacy

We support strong privacy legislation. In the absence of congressional action, we support common-sense State laws that protect citizens’ privacy, while also allowing for innovation.

Our Position

We consider consumer privacy in all of our services at design time, and never sell our customer’s personal data.

We work with clients to ensure their core systems and features use their customer data responsibly and transparently.

Working backwards from customer needs, we follow a security- and privacy-first design principle in all of our projects.

We support U.S. federal privacy legislation that requires transparency, access to one’s own personal information, and the ability to delete personal information, and prohibits the sale of personal data without consent. In the absence of congressional action, we support common-sense State laws that protect citizens’ privacy, while also allowing for innovation.
