AI Training Questions

How Do I Train My Team to Use AI?+

Start with the work, not the tool. Pick tasks your team handles every week, practice on them with approved tools, and agree how results get checked. That is how this workshop is built.

Is AI Training Worth It for a Small Business?+

It depends on whether your team has suitable tasks, approved tools and time to practice afterward. The intake helps identify where a workshop could be useful.

Do Employees Need Technical Skills for AI Training?+

No. No coding background is required. The workshop starts with a shared foundation and applies it to everyday tasks.

How Long Does AI Training Take?+

The core AI 101 workshop is one day. An optional second day adds in-depth problem-solving labs on your team's own challenges.

Which AI Tools Will My Team Use?+

The tools your company approves, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini. If you have not approved a tool yet, we discuss options in the intake.

Is It Safe for Employees to Use ChatGPT at Work?+

It can be, with the right account and rules. The workshop covers what not to share, how business accounts differ, and how to work within your company's data policies.

Can AI Training Be Held at Our Office?+

Yes. Sessions run on-site with your team. Talegen is based in York, PA and holds sessions in York, Lancaster and Harrisburg. Other locations can be discussed.

Can We Use WEDnetPA Funding for AI Training?+

Possibly. Eligible Pennsylvania companies in manufacturing, life sciences, agriculture, energy, and robotics and technology can apply to WEDnetPA for training funds and choose their own provider. Your company must receive an award letter before training starts, and WEDnetPA decides eligibility and reimbursement.

How Much Does AI Training for Employees Cost?+

It depends on the format, group size and location. Starting prices for each session are listed on this page, and the final price is confirmed in a written proposal.
